• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our crew during the AM shifts! We know you’re not into stiff uniforms, so we don't have any. What do you bring to the party? You have great style, are quick on your feet and know what’s happening around town. You have an open and outgoing personality and enjoy chatting with guests (probably people you'd want to hang out with anyway). You love wearing multiple hats in your job and can shift gears at the drop of one of those hats.Job Responsibilities:Key responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent include:Checking guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional mannerProcessing all payments according to hotel requirementsInteracting with fellow crew members in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary informationManaging and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous mannerResponding to guest needs in a timely mannerListening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voiceThe minimum qualifications for this position are:
