As a Group Reservations and Contracts Coordinator (aka Sales Coordinator) with Courtyard La Crosse you have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring guest interactions are memorable and positive.  The connections our guests experience will ensure their return time and time again.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will

• Professionally and courteously answer phones and assist guests.
• Provide support to the Director of Sales.  
• Build Sales Contracts and log groups into computer systems with accuracy.
• Be the primary liaison for Brides, Grooms, and group contacts for any services they might require from the hotel or restaurant.
• Provide knowledgeable information on dining, shopping, and attractions in the La Crosse Area.
• This person will work closely with the Food and Beverage department to ensure that Meeting and Catering events are delivered per guest expectation. 

The ideal candidate for this role possesses good communication skills along with a desire to provide exceptional guest service. This position requires use of computers and technology, and we do train.
