Looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our growing sales team at the airport.  $500 welcome bonus! Monday thru Friday days.

Job Description  

This is a support role to enhance the ability of the Sales team with day to day activities and oversee all group room blocks.

• creating new guest reservations
• assist with billing, routing and creating of room blocks
• answering incoming reservation inquiries
• ensuring revenue strategies are implemented and executed
• communicating reservations notes, preferences and requests to other hotel departments
• any additional duties as assigned by Director of Revenue Management or Director of Sales
• Monday thru Friday 

Job Knowledge

• Must be proficient with technology and have MS Office experience
• Demonstrates ability to solve problems and multi task in a busy environment
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
