As part of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating flawless events in our stunning event spaces. Your role as a motivator and leader will ensure that our banquet servers and bartenders deliver exceptional service, exceeding the expectations of our valued members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of all banquet functions with precision
• Supervise the banquet staff during food and beverage service
• Assist the Banquet Director in managing the Banquet Department
• Adhere to hotel policies, liquor liability laws, and conduct staff meetings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring efficient operations

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of banquet experience, ideally in a leadership role
