What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire – Create an environment where motivated people join, learn, thrive, and advance. Train, coach, and schedule a diverse housekeeping, public-area, and laundry team, modeling the Moxy way every step.

• Inspect & Perfect – Use that eagle eye to ensure guestrooms, public spaces, and turndown service are spotless and Moxy-approved. Jump in to help clean when needed—lifting, bending, twisting, and pushing carts up to 35 lbs.

• Juggle Like a Pro – Plan daily assignments, handle special requests, and sync room status with the Front Desk so our guests get seamless, on-time check-ins.

• Guard the Goods – Track inventory, control expenses, and call out when supplies need ordering to keep us on (or under) budget.

• Keep Everyone Safe – Champion health, hygiene, and loss-prevention standards that protect guests and crew alike.

• Own the Details – Log lost-and-found items, report maintenance issues to Engineering, and respond to guest or amenity requests with prompt courtesy and a genuine smile.

What you'll Bring:

• Experience: 1–2 years in housekeeping, with at least some supervisory or team-lead exposure.

• People Skills: Clear communication across departments; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Tech & Tools: Comfortable with two-way radios, basic computer tasks, and standard cleaning equipment.

• Physical Readiness: Able to stand/walk for a full shift, lift 25 lbs, and push/pull 35 lbs.

• Availability: Sundays and Mondays are a must.

• Eligibility: You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
