Front Desk Supervisor

The Landmark Inn is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who loves people, organization, and working to support the operations that keep our business running smoothly. A Front Desk Agent is the first and last point of contact for our guests. Job duties include booking reservations, answering questions about Marquette and the Landmark, processing payments, addressing concerns, and providing an overall positive experience for guests. A Front Desk Supervisor does all that and more, with added administrative responsibilities.

You’re a go-to person with strong organizational skills who can get the job done.
You have a strong sense of guest service and can think on your feet. You’re good at reacting to potential issues.
You’re happy to work with guests.
You have a positive and friendly attitude.
You have worked for as a Front Desk Agent for more than 1 year.
