What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire our Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Housekeeping teams to be the best they can be
• Make sure every guest leaves happy by keeping service top-notch
• Team up with the General Manager and department heads to hit financial goals and keep things profitable
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Work closely with HR, accounting, and finance to keep payroll, invoicing, and paperwork on point
• Be a go-to leader who rolls up their sleeves and helps wherever needed

Who You Are:

• A hospitality leader with 3+ years’ experience (bonus if you know Food & Beverage inside out)
• Great with numbers — budgets, labor costs, and profitability don’t scare you
• A natural people person who can motivate, hold teams accountable, and build a positive vibe
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and using/ learning other software (like Micros POS)
• Flexible enough to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business needs
