Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Keep Marquette’s historic Landmark Inn running smooth and looking sharp! We’re looking for a hands-on maintenance pro who can tackle everything from changing light bulbs to painting, and general repairs—plus pitch in wherever needed to keep our guests happy.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle daily maintenance and preventative tasks around the hotel

• Fix, clean, and maintain equipment, furniture, and facilities

• Assist House Porter duties and cover shifts as needed

• Be on call for emergencies and keep the property running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED

• 2+ years of practical maintenance experience

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and get the job done

• Reliable, flexible, and ready to work weekends/holidays

• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to cross-train

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
