Compensation: 25.00/hr

M-F daytime hours , $500 welcome bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk at the luxurious InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul airport location.  

Candidate must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills, ideal candidate would have some experience in this role.  This candidate must also have customer service skills to communicate effectively to our clients and guests.  

Responsibilities  include but not limited to...

• Responsible for preparing invoices to send to clients
• Responsible for ensuring timely payment collection, and reporting any issues to Controller
• Will work closely with Sales and Catering to ensure the best guest experience
• Responsible for ensuring we get all payment information before the event.
• Collecting deposits for events
• Scheduling and leading weekly credit report meetings
• Responding to guess calls regarding billing and payment issues
