Your stage is the bustling and dynamic atmosphere of our restaurant located in the heart of the InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. You’ll be the star of the show, armed with an intimate knowledge of our menu, and our latest and greatest promotions and specials.

Delivering satisfaction is your ultimate goal – and you’ll achieve it through unparalleled service, timely responses to guest requests, and ensuring every beverage order, alcoholic or not, is served with panache.

Your Performance Essentials

• Fulfill guest food and beverage orders and input them into the appropriate point-of-sale system, with the rhythm and grace of a seasoned maestro.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner, embodying the essence of efficiency.
• Keep your serving station prepped and well-stocked, ready for the next act.
• Perform side tasks and any other duties as directed by the stage director, aka your supervisor.
• Keep up impeccable standards of personal appearance and grooming, always ready for your close-up.

Your Entry Ticket

What do you need to step onto this stage? At least one year of progressive experience in the food and beverage service industry, a Tips certification or willingness to obtain one, and a High School diploma (or equivalent) would provide a head start. Airport badging is not a prerequisite.
