Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal banquet department staffing, in line with union agreements, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and approve schedules, forecasts, and budgets for the banquet department, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
• Establish and uphold departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures to achieve excellence in service.
• Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including labor management, equipment inventory control, and service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and efficient service through effective coordination with culinary and service teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Three to five years of progressive management experience in large, upscale hotel or convention center banquet operations.
• Certifications such as “Certified Food Manager” and “TIPS” or equivalent are required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
