Responsibilities That Make Every Day Exciting

• Work closely with our Banquet Captains and Banquet Manager to perform designated tasks meticulously.
• Provide top-notch service standards efficiently and effectively.
• Be responsive to all guest needs during events, making each interaction memorable.
• Communicate maintenance or housekeeping needs to keep our venue in pristine condition.
• Help maintain the integrity of all liquor laws and our high standards of operation.
• Engage in thorough pre-meal briefings and execute details as per our Banquet Event Orders with precision.
• Master the art of table setting, tray carrying, and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Candidates with a flexible schedule who are available to create magic during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Individuals who can comfortably lift up to 50lbs and manage the physical requirements of a full-shift without losing their sparkle.
• Must be TIPS Certified — because we believe in responsible and informed service.
• Experience in serving at a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort? Perfect! You’re the star we’re looking for!
• Excellent communication skills in English to ensure every guest feels heard and valued.
