What You’ll Do

• Master the numbers game: Ensure all hotel accounting in various departments is processed accurately, safeguarding our prestigious brand.
• Keep operations smooth: Audit, balance, post, and report on transactions from the front desk to food and beverage outlets, resetting registers to ensure operational excellence.
• Empower management: Provide insightful performance data to room management, helping paint a picture of success through meticulous record keeping.
• Seal the night with precision: Conduct the night audit final with a keen eye, confirming all revenue streams are perfectly balanced.
• Be the face of the night: Attend to guest needs with a friendly smile and professional demeanor, making their overnight experiences memorable.

Who You Are

You have a knack for numbers and a passion for detail. A high school diploma or equivalent experience has prepared you for this role, and while an Accounting background is a plus, it’s your keen eye for detail that sets you apart. You’re comfortable with technology, from general office equipment to specialized hotel systems and software. Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you’re engaging over the phone or face-to-face. And yes, you’re ready and able to assist with guest luggage when needed, handling up to 50 pounds.
