What You’ll Do:

• Lead our housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are immaculately clean and well-maintained.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
