What We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.
• Ability to cultivate a positive work environment that enhances guest service.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a knack for engaging presentations.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Proficiency in management software like OpenTable and Micros.
• Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, and lift at least 30 lbs.
